Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Smoke & Chill! By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment

• Reservation: Studio time must be booked in advance and is subject to availability.

• Deposit: A non-refundable full payment is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due before the session.

• Payment Methods: We accept Paypal, & most cards. 

• Cancellations: No refunds for cancelled sessions, we will allow a reschedule if you give notice before 48 hours of your scheduled session.

2. Session Time and Punctuality

• Arrival Time: Clients are expected to arrive on time. Sessions will start and end at the scheduled times regardless of the client’s arrival.

• Overtime: Any session that exceeds the booked time will be charged at our standard hourly rate, subject to availability.

3. Studio Use and Behavior

• Studio Equipment: Clients are responsible for any damage to studio equipment caused by misuse or negligence during the session.

• Cleanliness: Please keep the studio clean and tidy. A cleaning fee may be charged if the studio is left in an unsatisfactory condition..

4. Recording and Files

• Ownership of Recordings: The client retains ownership of all recordings created during the session, provided that all payments have been made in full.

• Storage of Files: We will store your session files for 180 days after the session. After this period, we are not responsible for keeping or retrieving files.

• File Transfer: Any request for file transfers must be made within 3 days of the session. A transfer fee may apply.

5. Refund Policy

• All payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or unused session time.

6. Liability

• Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for any personal injury or property damage occurring within the studio premises, except when caused by studio negligence.

• Studio Liability: The studio is not liable for any loss of personal belongings, injuries, or damage to equipment or recordings caused during the session.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

• Client Privacy: We respect your privacy and will not share your recordings or personal information with third parties without your consent.

• Confidentiality: Any discussions or creative content shared during the session will be kept confidential unless otherwise agreed upon.

8. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review the terms before each session.

By booking with Smoke & Chill you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
